White Chocolate Chunk Blondies
Blondies are an American style treat that are similar to brownies but instead of a chocolate flavor you get a nice brown sugar and vanilla flavor.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 tsp vanilla
optional--
4 ounces chopped white chocolate
optional (I'm doing this next time because I just know it'll be good!):
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
-Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.
-Cream butter and sugar in your mixer or by hand.
-Whisk eggs and vanilla together and add to butter and sugar
-Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
-Fold in white chocolate and pecans.
Bake 25-30 minutes, don't overbake because they are meant to be a bit chewy gooey.
