For the 3 day cleanse, you get 12 bottles of freshly made juice and 3 ginger & apple shots!
You are encouraged to start off each day with a cup or hot water and lemon and drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.
You can have just the juice for the 3 days but for me, as a busy working Mammy I would not be able to cope with just juices, so I had a small veggie dinner each day and some nuts & seeds throughout the day as well.
In fairness, the juices are very filling. There is avocado and all sorts in them and I was full up after them at breakfast and lunchtime. I would have snacks of seeds/nuts mid-morning and mid-afternoon and then a light dinner (veggie omelette, veggies & rice, veggie wholemeal pasta) and then, another juice in the evening time.
The first day was tough. I found the cucumber a bit strong in some of the green juices (but that's my personal taste, my daughter and aunt both thought this tasted fabulous as they love cucumber! I was quite tired in the afternoon and felt like I wanted a nap. But after I had a small dinner, I felt much better.
