Hooray, I got through the weekend without crisps or chocolate!!

Went for 45 mins walk today. So happy with myself

If anyone fancies a walk this week let me know!

its so hard to find the time for exercise isn't it
i'm going to try get back into a routine of walking 2/3 evenings a week - starting tomorrow evening - hope the weather is nicer than today!!!!!!! am writing it here in the hope i won't back out of it!


can't do next sat afternoon but possibly around sat 25th

I went Saturday with my two girls, it was bitterly cold and we didn't go too far because the wind nearly blew them two away. I had a hold of their hands to keep them beside me.

I went with my Mam yesterday and I popped my little wrist weights on and I swung my arms for all I was worth as we battled the wind!

Did I look like a bit of a nutter with my arms swinging at 90 miles an hour - yep, probably. Do I care? Nope, not really!!

I'll be getting into a swimsuit in a few weeks time, that's motivation right there!!!

I've had really sore throat so didn't fancy walk tonight BUT I did a workout at home instead...I've used the wii workouts before I like them as they're different every day.

Delighted I did some exercise
