The guy in the store was dubious when my hubby said they were for a gift but I was delighted with them. It means I can exercise at home until I am back to 100% fitness.
So I got my yoga mat out yesterday and got on the floor and started doing arms exercises, ab exercises and some leg ones. I could not do very much but I did enough to build up a good sweat.
I stopped as soon as my knee started to hurt! I am not going to do anything to jeopardize my recovery after being out of action for so long! So it will be a case of slowly but surely building back up.....
But at least first one out of the way, the first one is always the hardest.
