My mam is looking to get wooden flooring in her bedroom and the boxroom - she is just looking for laminate, nothing expensive.

Any ideas?

It's been a long time since we got ours so not sure about where to buy etc. But I think the quality of them has gone up a lot over the years. I do remember we paid a bit extra for very good Underlay for sound purposes as it was in upstairs bedrooms.

Homebase and Woodies do have reasonable laminates - Eddies Hardware is worth a visit too
