I was not at all happy with that price so I shopped about & (thanks to a tip from savvy shopped Caligal) found the same tyres for €60 at McManus tyres on the Marsh road in Drogheda, just before LeCheile school - literally 5 mins down the road from the Renault garage!
I spoke with a lovely and very knowledgeable lady in there called Julie and she advised me on which tyre I should go for; considering what kind of mileage I do etc. She could not have been any more helpful and also, it only took them 20 mins to fit the 2 new tyres I needed! So efficient!
Saved me €58 and was a great service. I plan to tell everyone about these guys...they are on the Marsh road, on the way towards Mornington, coming from Scotch Hall, Drogheda. You'll see a sign for McManus tyres on your right and you can drive in for a quote anytime - they're open to the public. They also have a location in Dundalk too.
