They have a good offer running in Tesco at the moment for Pyrex dished. Every time you spend over €10 you get a stamp and once you have a certain amount of stamps in your card, you can buy a Pyrex dish at a significantly reduced price.

We are always looking for airtight dishes for storing leftovers and things we bake and these are ideal.

I find glass is much better than plastic for storing things because once you clean it, there is no residue left from whatever food was in there. But sometimes with plastic, its hard to get the lingering smell of the food out.

We got 2 dishes for €4 and €5 yesterday and I know we'll have them for years.

Watch out for it in Tesco stores. Its a very good promotion.
