I am expecting my third baby and just wanted to say I previously went to pilates ante-natal and post natal in Mitchelstown with a chartered physiotherapist who specialises in woman's health. I saw her for SPD and incontinence after last pregnancy too and found her very good. I hope I won't be needing her this time for physio but I will do the pilates classes with her if she still runs them. I would be a very fit person and found the classes helped me keep some of this fitness & I got info on what I should and shouldn't do in terms of exercise. I cycle, run and swim, compete in marathons etc, so this was very important to me. The guy who works with her is a chartered physio and an osteopath and treats babies with colic etc too, which I didn't need, anyway i'm about 6 weeks pregnant now, just found out and am so excited... roll on the next 8 months..
