But wanted to post here too:

I am attending pregnancy pilates classes in BodyRight Physio and I am finding them really good. The classes are very gentle but effective. I was finding my shoulders very tense through out my pregnancy and I am not finding them as sore now. I feel good after the classes. The instructor is lovely and very helpful and you can be at any stage of pregnancy to join. Well worth checking out.

I went too and found it excellent. Its so important to do exercise when pregnant and this one helps strengthen core muscles, which is perfect for mums-to-be.

Highly recommend :D
