Hi there Just wondering when your pilates class for pregnancy is held? and how much does it cost? At how many weeks can you begin classes?

I have hyper flexibility and am worried about it causing problems as my pregnancy progress would this be the right type of class to help with this?

Sorry for all the questions!

Lyn

Hi Lyn,

Congratulation, very exciting time ahead.
Modified Pilates is ideal for you, reducing the risk of aches and pains arising during your pregnancy due to your hyper mobility.

We would advise a one-to-one with our Physiotherapist who takes the class to allow her to assess which exercises suit you and which movements to avoid.

We recommend that you are over 12weeks before starting a course.
The Pregnancy Pilates class is held every Tuesday at 7.20pm.
A one-to-one is €45
and a course of 7weeks is €135

If you require any other advice or info please contact Sarah on 0877986355.

Good Luck :D
