Modified Pilates is ideal for you, reducing the risk of aches and pains arising during your pregnancy due to your hyper mobility.
We would advise a one-to-one with our Physiotherapist who takes the class to allow her to assess which exercises suit you and which movements to avoid.
We recommend that you are over 12weeks before starting a course.
The Pregnancy Pilates class is held every Tuesday at 7.20pm.
A one-to-one is €45
and a course of 7weeks is €135
