Hi all,

I'm looking into taking Zumba classes in about 2 or 3 months time after I have my baby and given myself some time to recover. Looks like great fun, have any of you tried it? Did you like it?

I love zumba, its such a laugh. Lab Fitness do a great zumba class in Drogheda. There are no heavy weights or difficult exercises involved, its all about shaking your booty and having a laugh (and sweating alot while doing so!)

Its one of my favourite classes in there.
